Writing is the love of my life, but things are quiet on the home front. My two publishers are not doing Biblical Fiction and my last publisher is no longer doing fiction. It does make things difficult, so I’m looking into other avenues. My agent has not only been ill, but injured, and not able to be in her office and not only is it hard on her, but it is inevitably hard on her clients as well. I feel so badly that she has had to go through so much surgery and rehab these last few months. I am so far away and all I can do is pray for her, that her recovery this time will allow her to finally remain at home.
My latest task is to write a song for our TOPS Fall Rally that must be written to the tune of “Row, Row, Row Your Boat”!! Hmmm… Sounds like a challenge! I’m enjoying being a KOPS, which means I have reached my weight goal and maintained it. Instead of struggling over every gained ounce, I have a leeway of 3 pounds over my goal and 7 pounds under. That’s a lot of breathing room!
