What a change in my genre! I write historical fiction, that takes hours of research, right? Now I’ve gotten engrossed in this new field and particularly my little character, Mama Mouse. I found a wonderful illustrator and we work back and forth until the characters become what I see in my mind. I like cute and appealing, he likes cartoon characters, but he is extremely flexible and we finally agree on the finished drawings. This first book has taken a while for me to get it all together, but I understand it will be up on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and many other sites around the 10th of this month. It is called “A Tiny Christmas” and I am very excited to share my characters with my family, friends and readers. So far the reaction to pictures has been encouraging.
